About Us

Welcome to the Texas Workforce Development in Libraries Project,  better known as TWDL (pronounced "twiddle").  We assist library staff, management and volunteers gather job training resources for Texans. These resources will help Texans elevate their standard of living through education and employment.

Texas Workskills Development in Libraries is a cooperative effort by the 10 regional library systems in Texas: Alamo Area Library System, Big Country Library System, Central Texas Library System, Houston Area Library System, North Texas Regional Library System, Northeast Texas Library System, South Texas Regional Library System, Texas Trans-Pecos Library System, and West Texas Library System.
